Weight Loss - Week 1

Hi Loves,

Part of my life's vision is to make my body the number one priority as it is the vehicle that moves me and provides me with energy and aliveness.  
My goal for this journey that I'm on is to be as honest with myself as possible; about where I am and where I want to be. 
I have posted pictures below of myself at my starting weight which 153.6 LBS and at 27% body fat which is very difficult for me because it's a testimony of how I've completely let myself go.

MY ULTIMATE WEIGHT LOSS VISION

My perfect weight would be between 125-130 LBS with 15% body fat. I want to transform my body so I can feel alive and inspired. It's tough out there; I want to be at my fighting weight. This year on May 13th, 2013, on my 26th birthday, I will have lost 14 LBS and going. On that day, to celebrate, I will make it a special day. I will get a massage, my hair done and a new outfit to match the new energetic me. 

REASONS WHY I WANT THIS

To be young, healthy and vibrant
To Be sexy
To be confident
To be attractive
Exude confidence in my body 
Prevent these horrible diseases that run in my family like cancer and diabetes
Feel better about myself
GO SHOPPING for new clothes
Feel accomplished
Be the Best, Fit, Sexiest dancer I can be
Transformation
Be Inspiring
